Zombie Doll

I made this zombie doll for my niece who is as much a zombie freak as I am. I wasn't able to get the pictures I wanted because I was in a hurry and already late. I think she is fabulous. I had so much fun making her. I had planned something different for the dress, but it actually cam out better than I was hoping. It was supposed to be a light brown. When I dried it, the colors ended up mixing and it cam out a orangy-pink color with green streaks and splotches in it, making it look dirty, like a zombie. So it was perfect. The hair I just threw together. I wanted her to hae some bright colors on her as well, as dull zombie colors, so I put a few bright colored patches on her dress to tie in with the hair. It was hard to part with but since I knew she would be taken care of, It made it easier!

Do u mind saying how u made the face scar?  It came out perfect!

Thank you. The face scar is actually painted onto her. Since it was for my 7 year old niece I didn't want to cut her open to do real stitching. So I just used fabric paint, a tiny paint brush, and lots of patients Hope that helps.

Wonderfully done. Love the stitches on the face. The chunks of colour in the hair are a great touch.
