Hi guys, long time lurker, first time poster. Please don't hurt me!  Shocked

So I made this:

Actually I made 7 or 8 of these already, but I think I've finally made one I'm happy with. It's a mobius scarf, so it's twisted 180 degrees. The entire thing is just a simple trellis stitch (NOT the same as the Ravelry Trellis Wrap, since this is a single trellis instead of the double they used) made from the middle out. It's just long enough to go twice around the neck on me, it makes a comfortably snug high collar that way.

Then I made these to match! I haven't even finished fastening the threads yet, didn't want to risk chickening out.

So uh... Hi, noob here, tell me if I messed up and whatnot? I guess I'll come back and fix the pictures once I work up the courage to post some more. Kisses!  Kiss

Ah, no one will hurt you here!  Cheesy

Really nice job! Both the scarf and the mitts look so delicate! What yarn did you use?

I actually found the exact same yarn but in another colour, unfortunately the link is in Swedish: http://www.ratrika.se/tiffany/1004-1

That translates to, I think, a gauge 1 knitting yarn with 22% wool, 41% acrylic and 37% rayon. It's quite fluffy and shiny though, so it looks thicker than it is.

edit: oh, 10 posts! Fixing pictures.

Hmm, I can't see them either now. That's strange, I uploaded them directly to craftster. Let's see if I can fix that...

edit: It seems the picture uploader received more upgrades than I noticed, they've got an automatic size inside the link now. ^^
