I went to the Coates and Clark website to get thread that
is UV resistant and I found this
http://tinyurl.com/9vmhrkrFor my first ever sewing project
I am making new curtains for my RV windows since the
sunlight destroyed my old ones and I want to use a RV resistant
fabric like Sunbrella. I am shocked to see that the Coats
and Clark website makes no mention of the thread size or
the needed proper needle size for this "outdoor thread"
Everything I've read says how important it is to match thread
and needle sizes so why are the mfgrs of threads so negligent ?
What needle should I use with this thread ?
I am using a Singer #347 that I recently obtained.
Thanks
