ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

I hurt a muscle in my back this morning - its just below my right shoulder blade and its agony every time I move, and not just my right arm either, it pulls whatever I do   Typically I wasn't even doing anything strenuous - just lying in bed cuddling my toddler! 
Unfortunately it means that I cant pull boxes out from under our bed to get the fabric for the stocking, and I can't do the crafting needed to finish the ___________ . REALLY hoping that it heals up soon so I can get on with crafting and get finished in time to send on time.

Ah, I'm sorry to hear that Try putting ice on it for 20 minutes followed by heat for 20 minutes. I've been battling lower back pain for about a month now.

I tried that, along with pain killers, anti-inflammatories, and TENs machine on it most of day (x2 now), a bit better now, but still sore, but DH did get fabric out for me today, so started on stocking

Almost done! Just two things left to finish. Planning on sending right on the 1st at this point. I received my package from my partner but am waiting to open until she gets hers, incentive for me to hurry and finish.

I've taken a week off from NaNoWriMo... gonna cram today & tomorrow, along with finish crafting. Eeeek! (and I need to find a couple items ... I brought them to show a friend and now can't find them!)

Oh why did i procrastinate on finding the right box??? I could send tomorrow if i had a box... I sure hope the post office around here is open Saturday morning... Heck i don't even know where my post office is here!
