Silly question maybe but if you have a front side to your stocking are you making it like an L or the toe facing the other way?

You know, I never really gave this any thought but our purchased stockings are all an L. Interesting...

Thanksgiving in Canada already!? I didn't know that you celebrated this much earlier than we do here in the US.

I have only details left do on the stocking, one compleated craft and two in progress.  I have also tested an item twice and I'm not sure if it will work out, and I was really excited about that one too.  Part of it is turning out well though, so I may use that part and not the other though as an extra if I have time, because I think my partner will really like it.

I made mine like an L, because for whatever reason it "felt" like the toe should go that way when I was cutting it out

Strange... all the Xmas stockings I ever had were always hung with the toe pointing to the left (non-L).

I hadn't realized it before, but the only stockings I've made so far (for me, Fiance, and the cat... yup, the cat) are all "reversible"... they can hang like an L or like a backwards L. (I didn't put names on the front because they're all different... mine is red with a blue cuff, his is blue with a red cuff, and the cat's is little.)

I haven't gotten to craft this week like I planned. My 5 year old was home sick Monday and Tuesday, then I worked Wednesday through Saturday. She had kind of a relapse and got worse with added ear infection. When I got off work Saturday I had to take her to one of those open night and weekend places. Long story short, no time. I do have my list though. I'm off work Tues, Thurs, Sat, and Sunday next week though. Hopefully she will be better and I'll have more time.
