Any more, my mom just gives us all money for Christmas. I don't mind since there's usually a ton of things that I've picked out by then (and a lot go on sale right after the holiday). My husband's family does presents, but they never really know what to give us so it's either food related items or something that we don't use and sits on a shelf.... I like the money better.  Grin

Is it the 21st yet?!

I also got jammies on Christmas Eve and I've reversed the tradition - giving a set to my mom.  I might actually make them this year.  Eep!  Wish me luck.

We also do stockings with a few fun gifts and a few practical (travel size toiletries, etc.)

Are there many/any people choosing the small? I'm considering signing up for that, but I know I can't do a large, so I'm torn between small and medium. . . .

I chose medium because I like to make a bunch of things, but I don't want to commit to large...however sometimes I go overboard.

I just signed up! I chose large simply because I'd love to be able to make / buy / share whatever I want and not worry about too much. Plus there is significant time to work on it... AND I'm going to be kicking into "make things for a boutique sale" soon and since I'll be on a roll already... might as well keep going!

My family decided years ago "we're all adults... we have our own money. If you want it: go buy it. It's too hard to figure out what to get one another". We still get together for holidays, but it's just "family get together" time. Feast and family. I so miss the special feelings associated with Xmas stocking in the morning, then sitting around the tree handing out gifts to one another.

I chose a medium so I didn't stress about it while trying to finish classes this semester. =/ I wanted to do a large, but I felt like a medium was what I needed.

Especially after participating in SevsOnlyGirl's End Of Summer Random Swap.
I love the long crafting times as it gives me time to pool my resources.
