I claim Oath Keeper for foxes

3 claims, 0 sent, 0 received

My name is Olivia and I live in southern California, USA. I'm not really into super girly stuff, so please use pinks and pastels sparingly.  Tasteful nudity welcome! I tend to shy away from religious and political topics.

I love all the ABCs projects and have been wanting to start one of my own.  It's been difficult to come up with an original theme because everyone's are so great, but I think I have finally found one that speaks to me.  Famous Monsters ABCs!  I haven't seen this yet, so if someone else already did it, sorry for copying, it was unintentional.

My themes:
Famous Monsters ABCs -all letters available! (vertical & 2d only as I plan to frame when complete- I prefer to avoid the phrase "__ is for__" but would rather prefer just the name of the monster, but if it's a crucial element of your design then go for it! I wouldn't want to cramp your artistic style Wink (and monsters from my theme list are fair game!)
a Victorian horror
Universal movie monsters celebrating winter or the Winter holidays
Medusa
Catrinas
owls
moths
toads
ravens
beatles
butterflies
bunnies
skeletal systems
skulls
Day of the Dead
the bride of Frankenstein
anthropomorphism
Cthulhu
Edgar Allan Poe
Vincent Price
Lon Chaney (Sr.)
Charles Chaplin
Billie Holiday
Bettie Page
The Walking Dead
human-animal hybrids
conjoined twins

I claim La Chapa for Owls

HI, I'm Robin. I moved in April to Panama City, Florida and am LOVING the beach life My DH and I have always wanted to live at the beach and when he got a job offer, we decided to go for it and make the move. We really thought wed have to wait till retirement to be able to live at the beach but weve been blessed to be able to enjoy it now. We finally bought a house on the water (not on the beach, but it's on a canal that leads to the ocean about a mile inland). It's an older house, and we are renovating like crazy people. It actually only needing some major updating; it was stuck in the 70s :-) We hope to be done before the end of the year, but it's been hard work but also alot of fun. I can tell I'm getting older (47) cuz painting ceilings and walls at this age is alot harder than when I was in my 20s/30s, hahaaaaaa. I don't have my craft room set up yet, but I actually have a designated craft room in this house. It's not quiet as large as my last one, but that's ok, I've de-stashed and gotten rid of alot of excess baggage. Moving is good for that!
Ok, I've rambled enough............. ..here's my theme: (I know, you'd think I would have the whole freakin alphabet as long as I've been trying to collect letters Haha!)

My theme:  I need the letter D.
I prefer just the letter on the card (no, __ is for ___), please.  And vertical please.
After these 2 letters are done, my whole alphabet and my whole last name will be complete!!! I am so excited to get these 2 collections done.  I cant wait to have them framed.

Thanks for crafting for me.

(due 1/4/13 to Oath Keeper, due 1/11/13 to La Chapa)
