What happens in Vegas...

...ever wonder what your sock monkeys are up to when you're not around?  I had so much fun making the first one, I had to make another.  This one combines two of my favorite things, Sock Monkeys and Vegas, baby!

I saw a lady making the clay sock monkeys on the Carol Duval show on HGTV years ago and knew some day they would be mine, yes they would be mine.  They were super easy.  I added the eye pins so I can add a ribbon later to use them as ornaments or fine jewelry.  Here's the link for the instructions:

This one is made in a tea box from Trader Joe's.  The background is one of my pictures, the buildings were printed from various websites.  I used cardstock so I could stand them up.  There would have been more, but I ran out of cyan ink before I was done!  Oh yeah, that's the Little Chapel of the Flowers where we got married, in the back.  We had our wedding dinner at the Stratosphere.
