I make the monsters in my mind real.

These are my new Pinnopea! A Pinnopea is a four-armed beast that lives in the woods. Pinnopea loves to eat turnips more than anything else so be careful with your vegetables.

These are a simplified, conceptional version of the monsters. I wanted to make some pieces that I could incoorporate new fabrics and prints in a way that made sense. I use super-sturdy upolstry-grade suede and velvet-esque fabrics to make these into interesting, whimsical home-decor accent pieces that can be tossed in with throw pillows and I plan to make many different color combos with remnants and quarters in the future.

So cute!

The little ears, the arms/legs, their eyes and the stripes on their belly, they look a bit like a caterpillar. As said, very cute!

Thanks for sharing  Smiley

I want one! So simple yet so darn cute.  The brown one with the swirly fabric looks like a tree creature.  That one and the grey one with the floral and vine pattern are my faves!  I'm so wisting these little guys.

I love the idea of having them in with throw pillows! They're really beautifully made, and the six legs are awesome!
