I received from pioneer9 and everything is awesome!  She really got what I like and the package is perfect!

First was a cute little card with cookies on it and some little notecards:

Next is the best Dr. Who wallhanging EVER - I ADORE IT!

A cute little bag:

The best Christmas ornament I've ever see - an adipose!  And a kitty picture frame!

The box has a tag that reads 'Bat Spleens', which is hilarious because whenever my daughter is cranky she'll say 'Leave me alone, my spleen hurts'. Cheesy Cheesy  In it were a cute green bracelet and a necklace that I've been coveting forever!  I'm so excited to wear it!

The last and possibly best item?  A Dr. Who messenger bag - the picture is amazing and the inside is like the Starry Night episode!

pioneer9 - thank you so much, it's an amazing package and I love everything!!!

I interrupt this swap gallery for a swapper service announcement:

When you send and receive, please remember to PM me as well as your partner.  If you do not contact me to let me know you sent and received, it is noted in your feedback.  I'm not trying to be mean, but it makes a big swap even harder when that doesn't happen. Smiley

If I can't be my own, I'd feel better dead.

I got a *killer* package from my partner this weekend. And I really needed it, becasue I felt like crapola. Bad week at work (people getting laid off), hubby's grandpa died and I got the mother of all colds. Big old boo. But it's easy to see how I cheered up so fast! Here are the goodies:

A lavender neck wrap for when my shoulders get tight and need a little heat. Also, some sheet music for collaging and mint Aero bars. Aero bars are the #1 reason I love swapping with Canadians! I looooooooove these bars. Love. Them.

Antique/vintage postcards with writing on them for my collection. I love reading the old notes, especially in such beautiful handwriting. There is also a little bag with stamps, which I also collect (casually). She also sent three of what I think are neck coolers for the summer. If so, I am excited becasue my kiddo and I are out in the garden a lot during the summer, and these will help us stay cool.

Jewelry, because I am a jewelry addict! Two awesome wrap bracelets which I love and am already wearing. Also, two new pendants for my collection. I have a few chains I love, and I just swap out the pendant for something new every day.

The icing on this beautiful proverbial cake of craft awesomeness? A bagsket! A perfect little round bag for taking projects on the go, or at least upstairs when I want to leave my cave. Best of all, it has a drawstring so nothing can escape.

And there's a bunch of little pockets inside to keep everything in order. Love it!

So a million thanks and hugs to my awesome partner Onyxnox. You relaly perked up my weekend! And now that I have posted pics, I am off to work on YOUR package.

I received from mariak today!  Cheesy

She sent little K and Little M a hoop and framed art!

She sent an armrest pincushion for my embroidering.

She also sent some hair clips for the girls. They aren't pictured, they were confiscated by two little girls. (Little K is wearing one in the first picture. It's an owl clippy.)

She also sent an owl hoopla, a cute little tote, a felt owl, an owl note pad, candy, a peace sign book mark and a tea towel shaped like a cupcake (not pictured) and a peach button bracelet (which I was wearing.)  Grin

Thank you so much mariak! Everything is awesome!

Hoopla action shots!

If I had a needle and thread, fine as I could sew, I'd sew my true love to my side, and down the creek

I am LOVING the package I received from adrienne_bowers!

First off....the whole spread!

A lovely (and perfectly squishy) Day of the Dead pillow! What an awesome fabric!!!

Some beautiful paints, a very soft skein of yarn, and some astronaut apple slices (they were delicious...the kids and I gobbled these up right away).

A rice ice/heat pack for my kiddo's boo boo's. (I can remove my husband's knotted sock filled with rice from the freezer now...lol. This one is MUCH nicer!!!)

A beautiful wall hanging made from vintage nautical fabric. Absolutely lovely!

A cloud and raindrop hand purse she made from a picture I had on my Pinterest page. I love it!

This is a soap pouch made from a really neat scrubby like material. ( I love the ribbon, too!)

She even included a bar of soap for me:)

And last, but not least, a vintage Mexican doll...

I love her so much!!!

Thank you so very, very much, Adrienne!!! You have spoiled me rotten for my first swap!!!!
