OH antbee, I totally love that blanket!  So so cool!!!

Wowie, that cake is flippin' awesome!!!  I bow down to your masterful cake decorating skills.  Fondant is just something I haven't ever wanted to attempt.  For some reason, it scares me.

patty_o_furniture, love the dream journal!!  I love how it looks after it dried!  So pretty!

yarn tardis!  hehe, too clever, chughes225!

Eiseldora, I'm loving all the jars of mixes!  How fun!!!

How very appropriate that a Hufflepuff is the first to finish an OWL. Truely unafraid of toil and very hard working. Love your dream journal Smiley

Awesome swap packages, Eiseldora! I love the moon with the tardis. How did you get that marble-y effect?

Yay! Welcome back, chughes!! Way to come in with a bang. AMAZING cake and yarn dispenser!!!

Congrats on completing your OWL patty_o_furniture! It looks awesome. I love the look of the cover. Love your HP dreams!

Love the challenge to get out and register to vote, Jennie. I've been thinking of making something election-themed this year. I think you just solidified my decision!

the marble affect was done by mixing some water and glue then spraying it on the shirt before I painted it. I also took a brush while the paint was wet and swirled it around.

Before adding the Tardis I washed the shirt and ironed it to make sure the pain would stay.

It's been so long since I checked in here - I've been trying to focus on my OWL, and progess is going ok, I have most of the front done now Smiley

I love love love what everyone's been up to - the pi hoop is so clever, and the knitted converse are super cute, as is the pigtail hat. The tradis yarn dispenser is such a cool idea -

Do we have to be registered to vote in america to count for the challenge? Coz... that ain't gonna happen Smiley My sister is working out there this year though so it all feels even closer than usual

My latest project has been received by my swap partner so I can post Smiley I'm admitting to stretching the theme of this HP challenge here but hopefully headmistress will find it in her to be lenient...

Class/Challenge/House Pride: Astronomy
House: Ravenclaw
Project Name: Mythbusters Hoops
Brief Description: these hoops illustrate the pattern of the stars of the show Mythbusters... and (true fact) they were sewn at an astronomy festival last month. Does that count, do you think? What if I do my most winning smile? Grin

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

Finally had some time to actually read the last few pages...there are some fantastic things being made here! The pigtail hat, those Chuck Taylor's, the pile of awesome geek badges, the dream journal, and (Holy sonic screwdriver, Batman!) is that a Tardis yarn dispenser?! Egads, I want that!

So, so behind on people's projects, but I've gotta say...
That TARDIS yarn dispenser is amazing!
Lovin' that dream journal! So much patience --- not sure I could do that. Wink
And those Mythbuster hoops!  Cheesy I'm not sure if they will count or not, but I think they're awesome!!

I gotten so lazy with crafting this year and it got even worsen since I started my new job  Embarrassed
Well... I wanted to try out felting for quite some and finally got around doing it last weekend. I decided to try flowers since they seemed to be easy. Somehow I still managed to mess up the first tries Tongue
