@Abbeeroad: That vest & little guy is ADORABLE!  And I absolutely adore the embroidered family hand portrait.

@noodle-bug: cute use of beetles buttons!  And ♥ ♥ the journal!

@Kit the Brave: I seriously suspect nargles stole your pins.  And YAY on pic posting status!  Fab House Unity piece; adore the quotes!

So many great projects!

The Boston cream "pi" cupcakes look so yummy. I love the lettering on top!
River Song's journal looks awesome.
Home made niddy noddy with hand spun= awesome. I should have made my own niddy noddy.

Indigo-roses I don't even know how one would start hand-spinning yarn and you already have 88 yards! Yayy for OWL progress!

Thanks! To start, you acquire a drop spindle and some roving, then add lots of youtube videos and spin! Tongue

Class/Challenge/House Pride: Charms
House: Ravenclaw
Project Name: Tooth Fairy Money
Brief Description: My little one E lost her first tooth on Sunday. She was quite nervous about it, so I decided to make it extra special by spiffing up the usual dollar bill. She was super excited to see that the tooth fairy had used her special magic to make heart money.

Tooth fairy did do a teeny-tiny note once when DD lost 2 teeth in one day.  Not this one but sized like it:

And as for my OWL, I've made my journal all beautified and am well on my way to being finished on schedule, which is good because I figured out what I can do for my next project and want to get working on it! (again with the reasoning for this owl - I have no patience for long crafts lol)

@ lovelessLEE - What awesome folding skills you have. And as a little girl that would have made me super excited. I'm sure your daughter loved it.

Class: A History of Magic
House: Ravenclaw
Project Name: A Song of Ice and Fire
Brief Description: This was created in preparation for my O.W.L. where I will spin an evenly and be able to knit my mom a cowl from my handspun for Christmas. This was some bare superwash that I dyed with Kool-aid and then learned to spin on my new wheel with it. I'm pretty pleased with how it came out. I love how the colours came together. The blue is for Dumbledor's all knowing eyes and the red is to represent the Phoenix.
Not sure of the yardage but it's superwash merino and was navajo plied.
