Brief Description: Inspired by a pin I added to my embroidery board ages ago, I made this cute little cactus hoop. I'm really happy with how it turned out - especially the handwriting! Hey Everybody!  
 This is my first time posting on here.  I LOVE the idea for this challenge.  I thought it would be fun...so...here I am.  Hopefully I'm doing this right.


Class/Challenge/House Pride: Study of Ancient Runes
House: Gryffindor
Project Name: Bloodstone Necklace
Brief Description: The challenge was to use runes, carving, or stone.  I opted for stone.  I used three bloodstones and one moonstone.  I used amber wire for the wire wrapping and some chain I had leftover from a previous project.

After looking at all the awesome projects everyone has done, I feel like a total slacker so far this semester. So here is my first project for the fall-

Class/Challenge: Care of Magical Creatures/ September Quidditch
House: Slytherin
Project: Stash Busting Bookmark
Description: I loved the beaded bookmarks that were done for the summer semester, so I decided to make one with all the odd beads I had leftover from other projects, as a birthday present for my sister.I am in the middle of setting up a new craft room (well, corner of a room ) so getting to my supplies took more time than the actual crafting but it was still finished in just under an hour.

I seemed to have missed the Hogwarts Express this year... :S Is there still time to join in? Do we have any flying, charmed cars, perhaps?

So happy this is on again. My summer turned out to be incredibly busy and not the kind of time for Hogwarts or crafts. But the fall? Heck yes. I've already got all the class crafts printed out and ready to be made, and a head full of ideas!
