i don't like wearing alot of it though because than i feel super ugly without it. i get like a dependance on it, as weird as it sounds haha.

man i hate that! i know exactly what you mean, even though i usually only wear eyeliner everyday, its still EVERY day, even when im like not going out. its kind of annoying. and by the way, what color eyeliner is that? and im assuming its liquid...

cutewhenyouscream, that's great!  It's much more interesting than my makeup.  My eyeshadow is way too light, you can barely see it.  Does anybody have any reccommendations for good (and cheap) eyeshadow?

craftaholic, I love what you did with your lipstick.  I did something like that once with blood red lipstick, it looked awesome.

Is anybody planning on doing some festive makeup for Independance Day?  I think this will finally be the chance for me to use my blue eyeliner to its full potential. 

You know, I hadn't thought about it, but maybe I'll do a red and white stripe on my left I and a blue on my right, then paint on little whit acryllic stars.
Or not . Depending upon wether or not I actually do something, today. But if I do, I'll definitely take a picture and try to get it developed asap

You all inspired me to do something patriotic for today so this morning I took pictures of my Fourth of july makeup.  It's really toned down this year since I have to work but I couldn't just do nothing, even if I'm not particularly patriotic.

I guess neither of the pics really show it but I've got blue glitter on my eyelids and white shimmer up to my brows... so nothing truly spectacular (normally I would have a blue glitter star over one entire eye or something equally fabulous) but I've got to make a living and pay rent.  I really would make a terrific drag queen... sigh.

if you search make up art on google, you can find many amazing images of people's faces. lime crime also has amazing stuff. if only i could find that kind of make up around....

haha i know!! it sucks so bad cause whenever i go outside, even just to get something at a convience store, i still need to have it. all i wear now on a daily basis is eyeliner and mascara. and as for the eyeliner, its MAC. its not even a liquid. its like a dark navy blue with alittle purple, very pretty.

thanks! it just takes practice. i couldn't find a nice pink so i used blush haha.

I got a whole little tub of stars (probably a couple hundred of them) for a dollar at one of my favorite vintage-y stores in Portland, OR, Magpie.  I love them so much!

You get the general idea, right? It's supposed to be a stylized copy of the american flag across my eyelids .
