For neon colours, try either Stargazer or Kryolan (depending on how much you want to spend, kryolan being the expensive one)

I ended up using stargazer, it was literally the only neon orange that I could find, haha.  Sorta cheapo quality, but it went on ok after my roommate told me to put chapstick on my eyelids first.

The funny part is that I had no clue that it glowed under blacklight until people kept running up to me yelling that they could see me from all the way across the dance floor.

Hehe yeah, they're UV colours or something. I've never worn them under a blacklight though so I wasn't sure if they worked. Now I am XD

I just started a class this past Saturday.  The prof mentioned three types of eyeshadow:  matte, semi-shine (semi-gloss), shine (gloss).  I'm guessing matte ones are like the pressed powder which have no shine.  Let's say like the Rx kind: NYC, Roman Color, or any of the following: Huh

Does anyone know or can give examples of semi-gloss and gloss.

I never have an idle day,
New ideas come my way.
Don't know yet what I'll create,
But my imagination's great!
