I have to warn you though, do NOT use this stuff if you have sensitive eyes. I tried the hot pink stuff...I only wore it for like five minutes (I like to try out my makeup when I get it home, heh), and it made my eye swell the reaction was so bad. So yeah. Oh, yeah, Jane has a nice orange eyeshadow I use, but I dunno if it qualifies as neon. it's...*goes to check label* okay so the name isn't on the label. But it's one of their Eye Zings, and though cheap, I've always had pretty good lasting results with it.

For neon colours, try either Stargazer or Kryolan (depending on how much you want to spend, kryolan being the expensive one)

Ohhh, man! That shelaq (shelac?) stuff lasts a long time! I saw the Benefits makeup at the mall, and the lady let me use a little tester thing. Wow Shocked amazing!
But that lady said it wasn't waterproof.... is it or is it not?

hmmmm, well what i done once to see how long it would last was to put a bit over some eyeliner on my hand, it lasted more than a day, you have to scrub at it or use makeup wipes to get it off hehe

Has anyone heard of Kevyn Aucoin? He was the KING of makeup art. He made Martha Stewart look like Veronica Lake...I just got Face Foward. I recommend it to anyone who wants to be transformed into a different person.

He also did a book called "Making Faces" which is awsome. I love just about everything he does.
