Even though I've decided on buying gifts, I still somehow have a TON of crafting to do!! Life of a poor student

Oct: A Halloween Card to send to a friend of mine who's away

Nov:

My friend R's birthday (going with a spiderman theme)
-spiderman quillow
-spiderman cake pops and/or spiderman cookies
-birthday card

My friend G's Mickey Mouse theme birthday:
-mickey mouse hat (buying from etsy)
-mickey mouse quilt
-mickey mouse cake pops (possibly)and/or cupcakes
-birthday card

Dec:
-Christmas gift card/money holder for mom (make 7)
-Christmas/Holiday cards for mom (make ?)
-Cards for friends
-Cards for family
my friend G: Advent calendar, HP cookies (maybe), HP board game that I saw here on craftster, the game pieces, and a HP pop up book I bought last year
my friend R: Green & black fair isle hat(?)
my aunt S: birthday card, maybe a knitted monkey and a scarf.

There are many items at the shop the swap that might be niceto fill in your list.

Custom mugs or bath items can be very nice.

Shop the swap is selling homemade soap.

Found a ton of free knitting patterns!
Guess I should list people...

DH - 40 & USCG
DS - 16 and knows everything - Autism and Taurus
DS - 14 Autism, Gemini and current obsession is riding the bus
Mom - 63 - loves turtles but has just about every one available, started with flamingos when brother bought yard flamingos because every grandma needs yard flamingos
Dad - 67 - royal PITA - don't even know where to begin
Brother - 38 & either has everything or can buy anything
SIL - same as above
Nephew - almost 10 - going on big trip with Grandma next year - for their 10th birthday anywhere in CONUS
Nephew - almost 6 - loves elephants
Other SIL & BIL only exchange with kids - Nieces 10 & 6
other BIL & SIL only exchange with kids - Nephew - 5
MIL & FIL - retired & very sick (long story)
Grandma & Grandpap - she quilts
Grandma - almost 93 & dementia...

I think those are all the people for right now.
Time to put on the thinking cap.
