Perhaps you can get some ideas from here:

Thanks for the links.  I also googled Halloween ATC and searched for images.  Seeing all the wonderful ATCs was humbling for sure.  Wink

I can see how they are addictive.  I've made 4 so far.  I think each one is getting better.

I guess in my head I always pictured them to be the size of a postcard.  They look bigger on my computer, than in reality.

Backgrounds are done.
Matching envelopes? Sounds like a plan!

overachiever.

i ran out of plastic sleeves so i made paper ones to put them in for mailing. not see through but will protect them.

Oh, thats a good idea.  I have been putting mine inside of cards so they dont get bent in the mail, and now that I think about it, I am afraid the ink from the card might transfer.  (btw i was just kidding around, i hope you weren't offended.)

I wasn't and I'm not. But if everyone else is using glitter and making envelopes, then I will also!

Wow! That was a lot of links jillybeans! I am sure you helped a lot of people get more inspired. I am away from home and can't wait to ATC again. Sad. Lol. So addictive.

I'm sure you are going to have more fun on your trip than when you make ATCs!  You should totally make some ATCs when you come back inspired by your vacation!  ^_^

lol!  Looking at that gallery, most of them had a tab your pulled to make something move or change than were actual pop-up ones.  ^_^  I think they were going for interactive ATCs.

I've made an interactive ATC before.  They are fun to make:
