Just made my first altered tin ever, for the Wicked Children altered tin swap, and I am keen to try more.  So I made this one, my second go, for a birthday present.  It's the same paper inside and out, and inside I glued it a little felted blue and green piece I made, and a wee needlefelted Robin sits in the box as a surprise Smiley  I had planned to make a little nest out of sticks but I liked how light and soft and sweet it seemed with just the felt, so I left it.

I definitely want to try more ideas combining felting and the tins.

So cute.  I love how you always come up with interesting ways to use felted pieces, Fancybutch.
