I love vintage!  Especially when mixed with odd images...nice job on the piece...I would gladly have that piece hanging on my art wall! Cheesy

Thanks kwality---love learning about new ways to texture, etc.  Seriously need to do a trip to my favorite hardware store! Wink

Belladune--another nice textural piece...how fun to cut an opening in the patch...very different!

The zentangled moon and sun against the printed background is also clever!

Than you everyone for the compliments on my piece!

That Toyota piece is awesome!  I love the lady with the bear head, it's just awesome.

Mlookyloo1...So glad you got it. I was starting to get worried.

How pretty! How did you do it? Is it watercolor?
It's oil pastel, I have never used them before. I tried using them the way I use charcoal. I put all the color on then used a rubber eraser to make the tree. I used a bit of white after to highlight it.

ORGANIZER NOTE

Well according to my records, everyone has sent and received their artwork. If you've received- don't forget to post a picture in the gallery so we can all admire it!

Is anyone interested in another round? Due to work (boo!!) I won't be able to start another round until after September 22nd. I am thinking that maybe taking a few week break might be a good idea, we seem to be getting fewer and fewer people in the swap. Maybe people are getting burned out??

So, what does everyone else think?
