This one is for organizers!  Creation of a double entry or a misspelled (and likely non existant Craftster) entry results in extra feedback left open in the database.  If this happens please open a Help Desk ticket and let the swap mods know so we can delete it....otherwise it is floating around in there until we find it by chance.  It is helpful to check your swapper's profile when opening feedback for a swap just to be sure that it has indeed been opened correctly for them Smiley

The top feedback errors are:
- including a space or two when cutting and pasting names into the feedback form.  For example in the database (bob) with a space becomes a new member (bob  ) and thus the feedback will not show in the profile of the member (bob) that you are attempting to enter.
- misspelled names
-using a different swap start date than when you originally opened the swap will result in a new entry

Pretty self explanatory...we appreciate it when you let us know any feedback mistakes via Help Desk ticket so we can fix it!  Especially the extra (probably non- existant Craftsters) names that may be entered in error!

Oh, my first time co-organizing a swap with Leslieshappyheart I made a mistake. Hahaha, I can laugh now, then I couldn't and felt so stupid!  Huh Reading it all thoroughly (yes I did, especially because I'm not English and wanted to understand it all) and still make a silly spelling mistake: I got the date wrong....

Anyway, my help desk ticket was answered pretty soon and my non-existing swap was being deleted! Thanks, moderators!!! We love you!!  Kiss  Just so you know!  Smiley

And don't forget to select "swap related" when you do so! Otherwise the swap mods can't see the help ticket!

aw wendiek, it happens to all of us on occasion (even after many dozens of swaps I still make a mistake once in awhile....) so no need to feel bad about it!  As jungrrl says though we all have lots of LOVE for people who let us know so we can fix it Wink

Hahaha! Well that is a relief! Means my English isn't all that bad, hihihi!  Cheesy

Makes me feel more comfortable to organize sometime in the future. Whenever I have more spare time on my hand  Tongue
For now I'll keep with being a swap participant, which is so much fun!!!

This is a requirement that is so important for swap organizers to keep up on right to the very end of your swap!  As each person in your swap sends and receives the list should be updated.  It should also reflect swappers who are late with communication or who are out of communication and any angels you have lined up should be recorded there as well.  This updated list is a valuable source of information should the swap mods need to research particular swappers/swaps in the future so please remember to keep updating until your swap is done and you move it into the archives!

Very self explanatory and a swap requirement that sometimes gets forgotten as a swap nears completion.
