This was my first project done in rug hooking, it is a pre-drawn picture of a little bird.  I did it with wool ( which is common in the Cape Breton, NS,  instead of wool scraps).  I used some furry craft yarns to make his "feathers".  C&C welcome.

I love how that turned out. The furry yarns look just like fluffy feathers.
