Multi- Partner Small Wall art swap?

So I'm getting ready to move soon-ish and I'm getting excited to cover my walls in beautiful new hand made art. A lot of my crafter friends seem to be moving as well and I figured what better way to say "Welcome home!" than a piece of hand made art?
   
    ~The Art size would be no bigger than 8x10. Any medium (I.E> Canvas, paper, hoopla, ATC collections, Quilted wall art, wood burned, mixed media, oil, acrylic, pastel, charcoal, ink, markers, yarn, recycled soda cans---WHATEVER! )
    ~You could chose if you want one, two or three partners
    ~A month and a half crafting time
    ~Probably sign-ups in mid september and send-outs Beginning November (to avoid Halloween crunch )

   
  I've never organized before but I'm willing to try if there's enough interest. Any ideas, suggestions for change, or volunteers to organize/co-organize please comment below!

 Ooh. Don't know if I could resist this one. I would love an excuse to do a larger peice of art and I am moving at the end of the year and have MAJOR redecorating plans. I think the idea is fantastic!

I would love to do this! My room is begging to be redecorated and since I don't have an art class this trimester, it would be a great reason to break out my supplies.

 One question. Is this going to be a surprise swap or one where people ask for themes they are decorating too? Doesn't matter to me. I was just curious.

I was thinking more of a theme-y swap actually. But I will be sure to put an option on the questionnaire where if partners want to be surprised instead, they can be

Hee hee It's even WORSE when you have 5 swap spots and they're all filled, then you find swaps you REALLY want to do. LOL. Happens all the time with me, lol.

  I am kicking around ideas for themes. I know what one will be but I want to give some options. It will be nice to sit down and concentrate on a larger peice of art. Larger than ATC's at least. LOL!

I ADORE you ATC's gozer!!  But I must say I can't WAIT to see what you can do on a larger canvas You totally ROCK when it comes to drawing! 
 I have some themes I want to suggest to my future partner(s) but I have to revise my grandiose plans for the new house being covered in hand made art All of my exterior walls are made of bricks---hence no hanging. I'm thinking heavy duty Velcro around picture frames if necessary or just do paper crafts on those walls. Or decals. Wall stickies are fun if you can find them cheap enough

OKAY! So now that I have internet back I'm planning on setting this up soon. Probably October 1st through the 15th for sign-ups and then the send out date December 3rd. I know a lot of people are out of town for the Holidays so I don't want you to feel even more stressed than you have to be  I'm working on the questionnaire now and hopefully will have it up by October 1st.

Participants will make a list of themes for their partner to choose from. You can list as few or as many as you like.  If there's enough interest I'm sure that the idea can be expanded into an "Ongoing" thing but as it's my first time organizing I'm going to stick with an open and close swap 
  With this swap I MUST make it known, however, that you will be sending to TWO partners! And I can't guarantee that if you chose "YES" to shipping international that BOTH partners won't be international. So be sure to think about costs of shipping and stuff when filling out the questionnaires.
