Hi everyone!

Made this blanket for my hubby for his birthday on Friday.  It was incredibly easy, and only took about 1 hr and a half to make.   Grin

One side features his favorite team, FSU Seminoles, and the other side is a really cute paw print design (we're both really into animals).  I basically took the baby blanket pattern and somehow made it large enough to fit a king size bed.

Pics!

Our cats were "helping" with the project.  Both kept passing out on top of it while I tried to work on it. LoL

Close up of the corner and fringe.  Cool

Wow, that's huge! Do let us know how well it works, I'd be concerned about the layers moving because of the distance between the edges, but I'd be delighted to be wrong  Smiley

Actually, it works out pretty well.  I double knotted the knots and haven't had any issues with the two layers moving around.   Smiley

LoL, yeah.  The cats are still trying to cuddle up on it whenever we accidently leave it on the couch.  Tongue

After washing the material, it ended up being a little softer than when I first bought the fabric.  Also, it's surprisingly not too warm (the fleece is pretty thin).
