Refinished Laminate counters to look like Granite for $28

so I did this treatment on my sailboat galley, but it's just the same for a kitchen or bath counter. (I'm doing this in my bathroom counter as well )

basically, cover your hideous laminate with contact paper (yes, contact paper) granite look, then cover it with epoxy

That's pretty awesome!  The epoxy top coat is a good idea.

Very creativity and very much reasonable too.

But I'm little bit worried about contact paper, what material it is??
