so I did this treatment on my sailboat galley, but it's just the same for a kitchen or bath counter. (I'm doing this in my bathroom counter as well Smiley)

basically, cover your hideous laminate with contact paper (yes, contact paper) granite look, then cover it with epoxy Wink
