I got a digital scrapbooking program when my father died this spring. I scanned in all the pictures but I haven't made him a page yet. But I wanted to get my feet wet, so I did this simple page of my son.

I know it is pretty simple and most pages have a lot more embellishments, but I felt simple suited the theme and the subject much more. What do you think??

I like it's simplicity too. I love the story of his mohawk

What a great memory to document! I love the page your made. Mohawks are funny like that, I had a pink and blue one once, and I loved it, but they are so much more of a commitment than you think they are going to be.

Thanks all! I have been playing around more and more with the digital stuff and just read an article on digital art journaling and may be doing some of that now...Love that it is all on my pc and no bits and bobs cluttering my very small apartment!
