I just waited about twenty minutes each car to get gas, which isn't bad at all, so I should be able to go out to Joann's craft store and my favorite thrift shop this weekend to get the supplies I need to finish the mostly finished items.  DH said he would mail out the first package to Quaggy this week.

Please send healing wishes our way, DH fell at work yesterday and broke his shoulder.

I'm still here and still crafting! Came up with my final ideas last night. Yay! Now to get them made... I still have lots to do, but it's coming together! This next week will be heavy on crafting! Hope everyone is doing well!

Thanks for the well wishes for DH everyone!  I tell him that the Craftsters wish him well and it cheers him up!  Unfortunately, he's in a lot of pain, and due to medicine interactions, all he can take is Tylenol.     And TBH, I am EXHAUSTED...I've taken on all of his responsibilities, b/c he can't do them.

So after two weeks of not being able to go to my favorite thrift store and Joanns, I was finally able to get there and got a lot of supplies that I needed for this swap, and a REALLY NIFTY ITEM at the thrift store that if I didn't like Quaggy so much, I would keep for myself!  I KNOW she's going to love it!

DH goes to his side of the familys' house for Thanksgiving, and his mom and my DS will be here then, so I hope the alone time (and MIL and DS being able to care for DH) will give me a chance to move ahead in my crafting, due to the time I've missed.

Miss Barbara so sorry to hear about you DH hopefully he heals quickly! I can believe thats pretty painful.

Staying warm, working a lot and being very thankful our area of upstate NY hasn't really had too much weather activity but I know its impending soon. Can hold off the snow to long.

I have a package of supplies that seems to have gone MIA grrr The place I bought them from is being cool about it, if they don't show up by the end of next week they will replace. Only issue is its delaying items I really need for a day. Hopefully something shows up quick here.

Full steam ahead. Have to try to finish up the bulk of my days over the next 2 days. These are my last 2 days off until Turkey Day. Tomorow I need to create 24 cupcakes for a bridal shower with a Winter theme. the chocolate snowflakes are drying as im responding to my messages.
