I was thinking starting this after the holidays as everyone is pretty busy before that with holiday crafting but if anyone wants to have it sooner, I am good for that too!

This sounds like lots of fun. I've seen the gallery of a previous round before and it was awesome.  I think my craft swap plate is going to be pretty full until after the Holidays, so I'd vote to wait for the new year, too.
