I'm new around here so I hope I am doing this right!   Smiley

I found these two peices at the local thrift for $1.20 each...

I turned them into this ~

I just cut the rayon floral dress to my own pattern and turned it into a halter with an inset strip of the grape linen in the bodice. I fussy cut the linen dress to make the pockets on the front be pockets on the front of my pants. My model wasn't so agreeable! LOL!

Too cute! Love the little action shot.  Grin So $2.40 for a child's outfit that would have cost upwards of 10 times as much at a store for one without this much personality. Awesome!

I think it's awesome that you turned the pockets on the dress (uck!) into pockets on the pants.
Totally rad!

Uh, is it just me or is anyone else wishing they had that outfit in adult size? Granted, it's probably much cuter on your little one but nonetheless..

What a cutie! Now down to business, does it come in "big" sizes? And, just who am I going to vote for? You've just made it 1000 times harder! Undecided
