These are wonderful little snacks or good for game day. They are not too bad for you either!  Smiley I tweaked the recipe I found for this to fit my familys likes. The original recipe called for using blue cheese instead of monterey jack, I changed it because my family doesn't like the blue cheese! These are very simple to make but can be time consuming so it isn't something to make if you are in a hurry!

1 pkg of egg roll sheets
1 pkg of bean sprouts
whole chicken, boiled and shredded
hot sauce, enough for your taste
onion and garlic powder
2.5 oz cream cheese
monterey jack cheese
coconut oil

Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Add the hot sauce to the shredded chicken, enough to suit your taste
A sprinkle of onion and garlic powder
Soften cream cheese and mix in

Take your egg roll paper and put about a teaspoon of the bean sprouts in it
Put 2 teaspoons of the chicken on top and then add a teaspoon of cheese.

Roll (to seal the roll dip your finger into some water and put a little bit on the tip where it closes)
Finish with the rest
Put the rolls on a rack and set the rack on a cookie sheet (this helps it crisp)

Rub a little bit of the oil on top of each wrap.
Cook for about 15 minutes or until top is brown.

I had a little bit of the chicken left over but I imagine you can find something to do with it! Smiley

There you go! I ate mine with a little bit of ranch dip but eating it alone is good too!

These look great!  We don't have eggroll wrappers around here, I'm thinking about trying this with flour tortillas.  Smiley
