I recently started making these and I love them! I found these tear drop beads at a craft store, they were more expensive than most of the other stones but I thought they would look cool on a tree - kind of shaped like leaves!

I made these today, the tree is the 3rd one I've made and my favorite so far. I'm keeping this one for myself but I think I'll be going back for more of these beads to make others for gifts - I love the colors! The birds nest is the first I've made with gunmetal wire and I love the look of it.

Nice job!  You seem very talented for what is your third try!

I have to agree with MissBarbara there!  The beads look really nice and smooth, much different than other ones I've seen.  And I love the birds nest and how kinked it looks

I like the gunmetal colour with those blue eggs.  Very pretty.

Thanks everyone!

I'm kinda a perfectionist when I do things.....these probably take me longer than they should to make lol. But I think the process will speed up once I have more practice. My first tree came out better than I thought it would for my first try, and then the next 2 were each a little better than the last. I think I've got it down the way I want it now!
