Finished IT Hoop

I was inspired to make this hoopla from Stephen King's IT for my sister in law, after she found out that I love the story but have nightmares about the clown Pennywise. She works with children, so I thought she could hang it in her office for all the kids to enjoy This was my first time using felt applique and while it looks a little rough I'm still pretty pleased with it! I stuffed the balloon with fiberfill to give it a bit more dimension. I mailed it off to her yesterday, I hope she likes it!
