I just found out that the place we are vacationing at does not have BBC America so I will have to wait until next Thursday to watch the season premier.  I guess I'll go console myself with some Who crafting.....

Aw, poor thing. I think we should have at least a one week spoiler ban in this thread. Just post things in white or something and tell people to hi-lite it if they want to read?

Also, last night my boyfriend and I were talking about the Sherlock commentaries (we haven't listened to them yet) and from there I mentioned that someone had said that the only reason we should have to wait so long for season 3 is if Sherlock is the Doctor's next companion. The rest went like this:

BF:No, Watson would make a much better companion.
Me:Well he needed something to do in the 3 years he was waiting for Sherlock...
BF:Although it would be really awkward when Sherlock got back and tried to deduce him. "You were in ancient Rome yesterday. Wait, what?"
Me:The deduction is sound but the logic is sort of "wobbly."
BF:Poor confused Sherlock...

Thanks! You guys know this will be the first thing I watch when I get back from vacation. On a side note, I just watched the first episode of Sherlock and am hooked!
