I better finish up--I am leaving for a week or two to visit family in Michigan...I certainly don't want to drag my art supplies there!

I ordered some metallic reactive paint, rusting solution, and patinas with my birthday amazon giftcard, so I'm waiting impatiently for that to show up so that I can finish!

I ordered some paint colors I needed... waiting is sooooo hard, because I'm almost done.

I'm done! I switched ideas completely and started over. On the bright side I got to experiment with several techniques I've been dying to try. And used my white pen ink for the first time ever. Wahooo! I think the canvas came out nice. Hopefully my partner agrees! Should be sending Friday. I need to hunt down some bubble wrap.

alright a package of Monsters got shipped yesterday and now I can focus on this!  I have three canvases to play with and am determined by Monday I will have a finished item.

My last round of paint is dry and I'm gonna send off tomorrow!  I've got Jury duty next week so needed to be done!

It sounds like there will be some busy people this weekend...myself included    After hitting a wall this week and a total inability to translate any of my ideas to canvas, I had a little r&r day so am ready to go again.  Which is good cause there is only a week left till send outs....
