A few years back I thought the idea of a crocheted frog prince was pretty cool Smiley So I worked one up without a face and a golden crown Smiley. Lately I've made a goal for myself - I will write up a pattern a month this year and have so far been on schedule. The Frog Prince being my very first amigurumi creation, I decided to revisit it. I realized the legs weren't right at all after looking at pictures of frogs so I made adjustments accordingly. Now I'm thankful I took the time to tweak the pattern and make the legs more fitting for a frog. I actually have my own night in shining armor (Smiley) but love the possibilities in fairy tales and hope the pattern I made for others will keep their hope alive for a dashing prince. They do exists! Smiley LOL Hope you like him! Smiley

You can find the pattern here or if you belong to Ravelry you can download a copy from there. Enjoy! Smiley

PS - Here is a pic of the first version of my frog prince for reference Smiley ...tiny, tiny legs!

Oh my!  Isn't he a dashing prince?  I wish I knew how to do ami, but, I don't.  What a pity and a shame for me Sad.  I have a thing for frogs.  In my mind, they are all little princes.

The first frog is good but, you are right, the second frog is way better.  Thank you for sharing the pattern.
