Two different Barbies I have made my own. They should have made these when I was growing up. I would have loved to play with these !

I think every little girl alters her barbies at some point... mine got haircuts, but I never thought about hair color or make-up. I love what you have done with them. Since there are so many ways to do this now, might I asked what you used to color their hair?

I love it. I used to do something similar to plastic dolls not too long ago. For example, I spotted a barbie with pink (!!!!!) hair and I had to turn her into a punk rocker, with fishnet leggings and all.

I didn't start really altering Barbies until I'd grew up, either.  Cheesy  And then I learned about using straws as curlers and boiling her little head and I painted one a little harlequinish, with a white face, black diamond eyes and lips.

Good work.  And her hair cut & color are great.  I wish I had the guts to do that to myself, lol.
