It's SPEW Sunday!  Time to showoff your SPEW projects, talk about what you are working on (WIP pics always welcome), encourage your fellow SPEW members, and suggest charity works.  I can't wait to see what y'all have been working on.  And jennieingram, patty_o_furniture, and Abbeeroad have whipped up some special SPEW treats that will be awarded when projects are turned in.  Be back in bit for my SPEW update (and finished HPC OWL) after I finish taking pics! Dear nisforneville,
You have been in inspiration for fellow SPEW members, and think it is only right that you be awarded our first SPEW treat....a special C.A.K.E. (aka Caring Acts of Kindness Everywhere) for your amazing crochet SPEW work.  Well done and ENJOY!

Oooh, Cake! Congrats Nisforneville!

I am working on mock-ups of tiny "Jayne" hats for a friend (she wants them for wedding favors) which isn't SPEW related, but needs doing for Tuesday so, they're on the docket. (Apologies for the terrible photo, got a new camera and we aren't fully acquainted yet! But at least you get the idea of the scale (That orb in the center is a US quarter.)

I've also found my recipient hospital andgot the specific needs they have there for knits so am finally going to pick a pattern for my NICU and Angel Layettes for which I bought this Patons Beehive Baby sport in "Angel White" (no more dilly-dallying on the interwebsz!) and get to rockin' those needles:

Happy Crafting, everyone!

I've posted several things I've made here:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=418274.msg4961565#msg4961565

The bracelets are going to my Duck's Unlimited women's raffle and the necklace is going to an eating disorder fundraiser. The charms were swapped through the Yahoo group Art Charms.

YAY Ant Bee!  Way to go searching for needs.  And have fun with your baby crafting. Grin (I just adore baby crafting.)

@kriSmith: Love your Art Charms and fabulous donation!  I'm pleased to award you the C.A.K.E. Jewelry Badge as a small treat for your SPEW work. Grin

MY SPEW SUNDAY!

I have finished up my Arithmancy OWL in the HPC, and in total, I finished 56 squares for Afghans for Pine Ridge.  I've been posting updates here so I will just post the last bunch (note the use of several stashed variegate skeins used and my camera did not like some of the bright colors).
