I made a new shrunken head!

you might remember this one: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=317305.msg3654669#msg3654669

Well, I wasn't totally satisfied, I couldn't manage to put hair on it, and I broke the mold. Derp.

So when, last week, I got my wisdom teeth removed, I decided to start a new one while I recovered, and really document the whole process. I also made the mold stronger and of a better quality, so I can pull many latex copies, and perhaps sell those some day.

If you want full details, here's part one, which covers sculptin, molding and casting:

And here's part two, which covers painting, decorating, and finishing:

Take care!

hehe well I was going for realism, mostly, but shrunken heads being, y'know, shrunken human heads, creepy defines those pretty well! thanks!

Damn, those things actually make me wish I had a car! It's hard to see, but in the back seem near the top I included a little twine loop for the exact purpose of hanging them like that.
