This quilt pattern is from the really cool modern style quilt book, City Quilts. I loved the contrast of the black with the green in the original pattern and I extended my color palette slightly to include some jewel tone blues and purples and an aqua. I've never used solid black in a quilt before and I really like the contrast and the way it turned out. I don't know if my backing necessarily matches the front but I LOVE the super saturated colors and the floral print!

Quilt was pieced on my Singer and machine quilted by me on a rented long arm!

Thank you everyone! I love the back too, I'm glad I went with something a little crazy, the whole quilt was outside the norm, colorwise, for me so I just went all out!
