A regency era inspired dress for my niece, who is staying over the summer. No pattern, I studied a variety of historical regency gowns from the early 1800's and 'winged' it. I will probably post all the production photos in a little while, just wanted to put this up. Its a pale salmony lace with a breezy fabric as the overskirt, edged in ribbon. Sleeves need finishing and Im going to add a wider ribbon about the waist. Pretty good for a first try.

Oh, also, it was all hand sewn. Here are side and back pictures. Smiley

A dear little dress.  The elegant train is a lovely touch. I also like the ribbon edging.
