Hello everyone!

I usually make mostly clothes -and corsets- so it's not usual to find me in this part of Crafster, but I've been playing with my fabric lately and I ended up doing some bib collars. Some time ago I drafted a pattern for a neck corset -or posture collar- and while I loved it I wanted to me something more suitable for daily wear.

When I cut down my patterns I realized I could do these collars in just one piece, although it uses 3 layers of fabric for stability as the prototype had been a little bit flimsy. I have more ideas for these so I hope people like them  Cheesy

This is the back for these, I put a short lacing I had on hand but they will have longer laces so they can be put on comfortably. I love those grommets, they're high quality, and the same I use for corsetry so you don't even notice them in your neck!

And that's all for today! I really hope you like them, comments and criticism are of course welcomed! I've also blogged about them here, both in English and Spanish http://www.costurasdeacero.blogspot.com.es/2012/08/collares-y-nuevo-diseno-bib-collars-and.html would love to find you there too!  Smiley

Have a nice day~

I think this is really pretty.  I could see the Hollywood stars wearing them!
