I received this nice card from mariak today, for my cooking/recipes theme.

Maria is in the UK, and scones with jam and cream are quite popular there!  Thanks, Maria, for this fun card!

You're welcome, Maria, I'm glad you love it!

I was so excited to send it, I forgot to include a note!  I chose the "recipe" theme because I had just gotten a rubber stamp for making your own recipe cards; I used that for the background.  Normally I wouldn't use my own handwriting on an ATC, but it was supposed to look like a real recipe card, so I did.

I drew and colored the cook separately using a sakura micron marker and prismacolor pencils, then cut her out and glued her to a background, which I also cut out, and glued the whole piece to the card.

I like to present my ATC's nicely, and I can see that it is still in the little folder it arrived in.  It is held in place with a small roll of tape--Maria, you can just pull it off, it won't hurt the card.

I received from jenleahlynn today!  She claimed me for "nature poetry", and sent not one but two lovely cards!

This card is based on the Robert Frost poem "The Road Less Travelled".  It is made of two pieces of paper; a see-through vellum overlay with words from the poem, and another card underneith on which she drew the two roads with colored pencil.  This is a really original and stunning ATC!

She also included this pretty card called "Leaves in Water", which was also done with colored pencils.

Thanks so much Jennifer, they are both wonderful!

Today I received a lovely card from ENGRbyDAY and some extras.  Sorry the picture isn't very good because light keeps bouncing of the card.  I will try again tomorrow under natural light.

The card is the first I've received for my flower theme.  Thank you so much I really love it and Irises are my mother and grandmothers favorite flowers.  The choice of spelling out Iris in purple and leaving the iris in black and white is cool!

Extra paper of clouds.

Cute envelope made with magazine paper and is something to do with oranges.  I will try making some for my card, thanks for the idea!

Lovely Iris card

Thank you so much!

I received from Spikefan for my hello kitty as... Theme.

I love this so much...it may sound crazy but I love Freddy Krueger...I use to decorate my car with freddy window clings and stuff around Halloween time but a couple of years ago I bought his glove and it hasn't left my car since...it hangs out on the dash board year round. I guess what I'm trying to say is I LOVE this card. Thanks.

She also sent two extra hello kitty as...cards.
Rick from walking dead.

Daryl from walking dead.

Wonderful cards also....thanks Spikefan!
