Working on my medium!

« Reply #371 on: September 12, 2012 12:14:12 AM »

Doing a quick check in.

I have finished my small and my medium. My large is going pretty well considering this is the first time that I've attempted anything like this. The colors are nice, not quite what i expected but im digging it pretty well.

I've also almost finished an extra that i planned. I'm about 85% done on that. Just one more supply and a quick together for everything in one. I'm tying not to overdo myself since this is my first swap. I want to feel accomplished not just throwing everything together.

Hiya Sorry I've been so MIA.
new classes have proven to be a bit challenging, this whole being in 4th year thing is hard!
But I am crafting along and I just got paid so now I can make it out to the fabric store so that I can buy some awesome fabric to sew up the ____________ and finally figure out how to attach the ________ to the ____________. (and I'm so much better at figuring out projects when I have them in my hands!)

I would also like to wish a HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY to my partner shdwstrm!!!

I set a reminder on my phone but it reminded me at midnight and I sleepily pressed okay haha

I thought I knew exactly what to make as the big item, but now I can't decide on a pattern!

Checking in here, last weekend proved to be busier than I expected, though this weekend is looking to be mostly free. Determined to get crafting and make at least my large item. I know exactly what I'm making at least.

Thought I had finished the small but decided it could be even better if I tweaked a few things so it's back in the 'projects I'm working on' category. Have almost completed the large and that's been so much fun I don't actually want it to be done but it will be eventually Smiley Still refining plans for the medium: I know what I want to do but can't figure out how best to do it.

That's my update, hope you're all having fun too!

I'm excited, I got an e-mail saying that the _________ I ordered for my large has shipped! Yay, that's a much better e-mail than one saying that they messed up and are out of what I want.  Cheesy I can't wait for it to get here so I can work on it!
