The craft store in town was out of sooooo much stuff last week. I am hoping they restocked so I can start this weekend. Labor day weekend = crafting weekend!

Indeed!  I'm hoping to get a whole day devoted to this swap, as well as one devoted to some Make-Ahead cooking, to stock my freezer for what's sure to be a busy semester!

Man, I can't believe I haven't started on anything yet.  That is so unlike me!  I've been so busy with other things!  I need to start gathering supplies so that I can start crafting!

I have been such a bum. I haven't crafted anything since Friday I had a busy weekend and classes started yesterday and it was just crazy. Through a mix up I was put in the wrong lab for my Chem class and as luck would have it another girl had the same problem so we traded classes. The only bad thing was her lab was last night and I wasn't expecting that so I was at school till super late and was up for class early today. Next week should be better getting everything into a routine by then the first weeks are always the worst. I am actually hoping to finish the biggest parts of my left over projects by Monday so that all I will have to do are my little tweaks here and there that I always seem to do before sending.

You know what?  After putting that in my signature, I did a Doctor Who Swap.  Someone in the swap made a "sonic seamripper" for another girl in the swap!  But not for me!  Sad day.  

And clearly it would need to make noise, and probably light up.   I keep hoping if I "want it hard enough" the BBC will notice, and suddenly make one for sale in their shop.  I wonder if I could take apart the mini flashlight version of the 10th Doctor's screwdriver, and put in a seamripper that would be able to be pushed out and retracted with the small button on the side....  Hmmm...
