My stepson told me the other day he is so glad I can sew because he loves cosplay!  We have taught him to be proud of his nerdy side, especially since we a re a huge family of nerds.  Anyway, on to the good stuff.

I made him his Finn hat per his most recent request.

Finn is the hero of our favorite show, Adventure time.

 I found a pattern here: http://www.gallerynucleus.com/pop/1280

Measured his head and then adjusted the pattern to fit.  Bought some fleece, and basically made two of everything, carefully sewed the two hats together and turned righside-out through a small hole on the inside.  He wears it all the time even though it's almost 80 degrees these days.

I'm proud, this is the most professional looking thing I've ever made, and he loves it, which makes me happy.

That looks like a fun hat and you can see he loves it.
