I've seen several different recipes on Pinterest for simple Buffalo Chicken Tacquitos.  I love all spicy food so I knew I had to try my hand at these.

The ingredients I used were:

    13 oz. canned chicken
    4 oz. whipped cream cheese
    6 tortilla shells
    1/4 cup hot sauce

You mix the cream cheese, chicken, and hot sauce until it's well blended.  You then spoon the mixture onto celery sticks.

(I like to dip these in hot sauce and ranch)

Very cool! I will try this. I do something with the same flavor (can be found here: http://jayesel.net/2011/11/10/recipe-buffalo-chicken-ring/) which is very tasty, but most definitely more calories, which means yours wins! haha
What do you do with the shells?

Whoops!  I meant to add celery sticks or tortilla shells!  You can wrap the mixture in tortilla shells and bake them until cripsy.  Very yummy!
