HA!  Same with the little metal frame I used in mine.

and HA! again. Wink

The pedestal on mine was in a box of brass hardware bits that I bought quite awhile ago (the box was one of those faboo deals, me: "Hi, I want four of the pieces out of this big old box, how much are they per piece?" clerk: "$4, but that box has been here forever, give me $20 and you can have all of it").

At the time, I didn't even notice there was a Godzilla Foot in the mix.  Cheesy

The texture on the Vlad tin was done with "modeling paste". I think mine is the either the Artist's Loft brand or the Liquitex Basics. Whatever it was, it was about $5 at Michaels awhile back. I had no idea it would actually work, I just tried it on a whim.

The little foot its standing on is a faucet knob looking thing from the Tim Holtz line.

Here's my fantabulous tin from Poison_of_Gull! She picked the evil Maleficent Smiley

Isn't it genius?!? I LOVE the fort idea...and the idea that she's so embarrassed about her princess obsession! The mirror and Maleficent's raven in baby form are such awesome additions. I FRIGGIN LOVE THIS!

I also got a lovely set of steampunk jewelry:

This has been an awesome swap!! I hope you get your tin soon and love it as much as I love mine. YAY

I haven't commented in a while as I had no access to the internet for a week. These are all amazing and I have serious swap anxiety that my beginner tin altering skills are going to look shabby in comparison

I love baby medusa- and the line on it about teething made me laugh
Baby Vader also made me chuckle, you guys have a wicked sense of humor
Birdbones and Suereals tins are both brilliantly bonkers  Grin I love how some of these wicked kids refused to be 'contained' within the constraints of an altoid tin- their wickedness has spilled over!!!
Love the studs, texture, colour and the moustachioed baby on Vlad the impaler and I cannot get my head around how detailed that Godzilla tin is  Shocked
Love the high camp of franken-furter, of course he would have a glittery crib!!!
I will admit to not knowing who maleficent is (someone enlighten me please) but that fort is great

I am so impressed at all the teeny tiny details everyone has crammed in - I am equal parts in awe and terrified of you all

I received from Knicker today and  Little Edward (Gorey) is stunning! A little pouty, but we'll let him stay anyway.
Knicker let me steal some pictures she took.

I have to make up a few new word here..Freeping Magtabishnuse!! Mad/Sad little Gorey is...is.....well... what I said.  Tins as beds!!!!!  OMG!  Brilliant!!! (I will imagine you were wearing your your belt while thinking about what to do...just to make my self extraordinary happy Grin)

I also love pog's castle!  Great minds think alike and all heheh.  I love the slightly wonkyness for one thing.  And the angst of poor jealous Mal....It explains it all Grin

Thanks a ton sewphie.  And Maleficent is the evil Queen from Sleeping Beauty (the Disney version....Does anyone know if Charlies Theron is named Maleficent in the new version...I think called the Huntsman?)

and just so y'all know, the craftsters spell checker accepted Freeping as a word...but it doesn't accept craftsters Grin

To all past swap partners....If something I made you fell apart in some way, it would be helpful to me if you PMed me and told me about it.  Sometimes, I try new things, and if they fail, it helps me to know

Oh, goodness gracious!

I am utterly and totally in love with little Edward. Yep. My HunkyManflesh will be sad...

Little Edward is really just glorious and wonderfully pouty - and I love the whole bed-idea and the wee little pencil!
