I think this swap may turn out to be a kind of crafty Rorschach test.  We'll all know your TRUE personalities by the time this thing is over!   Wink

If that's the case, I'm way more happy shiny than I thought.  Cheesy

I love this tin.  I find it creepy like you would if you saw a picture of Jeffrey Dahmer as a child.......
And racky, Knickers is right, you are one twisted sister, but in a good way!

I'd like to remind you that I was not the first to mail. I was just lucky enough to have the first partner willing to open the package and let the wicked child out.

haha, I know!  I mailed that sucker out like a month ago!  I'm so ready for Wulf to open it now!

Oh, and I think instead of everyone sending to each other, you all should send your tins to me in honor of my birthday on Sept. 1st.  Please and thank you!  ^_^

I have miraculously managed to send off the package to my dear partner fancybutch yesterday, so now I got to stop torturing myself and open what she sent- and I really, really love it!

From my list of villians she chose to interpret the Borg Queen and now I am the proud owner of my own Borg-Baby-Box! I love her interpretation of the theme..
But without further ado, here are the pictures:

The detail on the top of the tin ( it is simply delicious and the surface is wonderfully smooth.. I wonder how she did that...):

Fancybutch photoshopped a picture with a girls features on the top...

and the inside:

"she loved her pet bees and playing with her doll"

My dear partner imagined her with pet bees, because they have a "hive mind" and a queen - and sting Grin
She loves her doll most and pulled it apart, painted it grey and started to mix it with machine parts.

.... Funny really, that Borgbaby and me as a kid have certain odd similarities... none of my dolls ever lived long without being ruthlessly transformed, painted, pulled apart and put back together in strange ways, had their hair gloriously changed into Robert Smith's hairdo or combined with my legos... Do I need to worry now? Grin

I really really love my wicked tin-child, fancybutch, so thank you so much for this little wonder! I will cherish it- and it even matches my living room perfectly! Wink

HOORAY!!  FINALLY!!!  I have been having mini panic attacks everytime someone posts in the gallery and there aren't any pictures! Wink  Creepy doll parts - and even though I'm not familiar with the character I can appreciate the contrast between the lovely facade and the more sinister interior.
