meowari to pioneer9 for whimsical/ quirky monsters or creatures and collage/ mixed media involving vintage photos.

Hi, I'm Arianna and I live in Boston, MA (USA). I have no idea what I'm going to do with my inchies/rinchies/twinchies when I get them, so I prefer that they not fit together to form a big picture, but any kind of texture or depth goes! I really love rich, vibrant colour and hate pastel, washed-out colours. And please put your username on the back for me!

My themes are:
1. Industrial (Steampunk included)
2. Thistles
3. Cats
4. Close-up views of objects
5. Pigeons
6. Claddagh
7. Zentangles
8. Edward Gorey
9. Celtic knots
10. Tactile
11. Hands
12. Vintage advertisements
13. Boston
14. Repetitive pattern

Mix up the themes, shapes, sizes or keep them all the same!

Dr. Craft to meowari for vintage advertisements and tactile

Hello again from cloudy and drizzly Ithaca, NY where the leaves have now mostly fallen. I've been thrilled with the inchies I've already received from goddessgarb and nilmerg and plan to frame some and make some into a tiny book. Those inchies were great, but I'll be excited by anything you send. I've found a great part of the swap has been my ability as a newbie to improve my technology for producing fabric inchies. So, if you question your abilities, I'm a particularly good person to pick. Please feel free to take my themes flexibly. I'll have fun deciding how to use what you send. Here are my themes:

1 serial (a set of inchies that together tell a story)
2 fruits
3 foreign languages
4 happy
5 flowers
6 celebrations (non-religious)
7 farm animals
8 hobbies

Thanks so much

Hi, I'm Kim, from Louisiana.  I don't mind artful nudity or a bit of gore, but my style is mostly vibrant, whimsical, bright, colorful, modern, happy stuff.  Bordering on cute, and a little bit offbeat sounds great to me!  I like dimensional elements, but I do plan on framing, so nothing too thick would be great as far as how you make mine, please.  Big buttons would be about as thick as I would prefer.  I'd rather nothing political, please.
A combination of my themes is great.  If you would like to do 1 of 8 different ones, just claim me for the one that sparks your interest initially.  Translate my themes however you would like.  (OH, and I totally do agree with the 'handdrawn over stickers' thoughts...)  You can make me any of the three choices, but I will most likely make a rinchie into an inchie anyway.  Have fun, however you do it.   Smiley

Animals doing human like things (wearing clothes, playing poker, whatever)
Wizard of Oz/ Alice in Wonderland
Or your favorite fairy tale
Anything relating to Hippie/ 60s/ 70s/ Retro
Rainbows (and I get a big kick out of things that aren't traditionally rainbow - see profile pic)
Classic rock
My favorite TV shows or movies (listed in my profile)
Fantasy or mythical creatures (mermaids, unicorns, gryphons, dragons)
Cute or googley eyed animals (owls, peacocks, wild animals are favorites)
Something related to the states I'm from (Pennsylvania, California, Louisiana)
An inchie version of your masterpiece! (Favorite thing you made)
Art/ Art Supplies (from crayons to sewing machines)
Moveable inchie
Things with wings (normal things with wings or inanimate objects having wings)
Theatre/ Musicals
Something Shakespeare
Made primarily not out of paper
Mini version of a masterpiece (Escher's Eye, Mona Lisa's mouth etc)
Matryoshkas
Inspired by pinterest
Floating in the sky
So ugly its cute
Fluffy Cats (especially black and white, all white, and fat grey ones!)
Woodland creatures (owls, raccoons, squirrels, etc.)
Inspired by your favorite era
Glitter
Favorite children's book
Colorful nature
Embroidered
Dr. Suess and/or beginner book inchies

Send date 11/10/12.

Hi - I am Susan from San Francisco, CA. I would love twinchies but you can make a combo of all three - your choice. I'm easy.

My themes are:

1. Craftster
2. Sewing
3. Birds
4. Food
5. Drink
6. Art and Artists
7. Harry Potter spells, teachers and creatures
8. Paris

I love words on my inchies, rinchies and twinchies. And if you're so inspired, I'd love some fabric inchies, rinchies or twinchies! I use some in my art and travel journals and some will be used in my altered puzzles.
Thanks and have fun.
