Willing to personal swap for art of my doggies!

I sent this hoopla in the recent Put a Bird on it swap, to my partner.

It is an 8 inch hoop, and the fabric is hand dyed.  The birds were back stitched in purples, pinks, yellows.  I added a flower in the centre because it looked so bare.

I was going to wrap the frame with ribbon, but could not find the colour I wanted, so I paper mached it in tissue paper instead, and used a matte mod podge.  I like how it turned out so I may do that again.

I had a craft fail too, but reused the failed piece to cover the back of the piece, so nothing was wasted.

A bit more about it on my blog.

I love their exuberant tails. They look as if they're all competing over the flower.
